First Communion

Two first communion cycles are offered each year. One begins in the Fall and the second in the Spring. There are different grade levels for the preparation program from second grade through high school. First Confession will be part of the students preparation before the celebration of First Communion. The students must have completed a year of faith formation before entering the sacramental cycle. Parents will be asked to attend several renewal sessions during the classtime of their child's preparation for first confession and communion. Children who are 7 years old and not baptized will have additional preparation during the year to prepare them and their parents for this sacrament. Please, speak to the staff about this need when registering your child for class.
